LG G2 Android 5.0 Lollipop Update: Where Art Thou?

The LG G2 was one of the most popular smartphones from 2013 and this explains why there are still a lot of G2 users here today. However, the users are not happy with LG as they are still waiting for the tech giant to roll out the highly anticipated Android 5.0 Lollipop update for the G2.

Well, G2 users can forget about LG already and instead, head over XDA. There, a user that is known as Rashed97 had just launched a brand new custom ROM and it contains the Android 5.0 Lollipop OS.

The best part is that the custom ROM is developed specifically for the LG G2 D800, D801, D802, LS980 and VS980 models. Then again, it is worth noting that the custom ROM is still in its early build so there will be a couple of minor issues with it.

On the bright side of things, Rashed97 has already promised to give the custom ROM some fixes in the near future. So, if you are a G2 user and are eager to experience the Lollipop OS, then you are highly encouraged to apply the custom ROM on your device. Just follow the guide below.
