LG G Flex 3: The Invisible Middle Child

By  |

The LG G Series has always been the main flagship model for LG but a few years ago, they introduced us to the LG G Flex series and while the first model was a huge hit, the second Flex 2 wasn’t very well receive. After the Flex series came the LG V10 which made its debut last year.

We were expecting all three models to have a successor this year but so far, the only ones we have seen is the LG G5 and the LG V20. Since we are already close to the end of the year, we do not think there will be an LG G Flex 3 this year.

Some people think that LG needs more time to work on the upcoming G Flex 3 but we got a feeling that the LG G Flex 3 might not be coming at all. It does feel like LG wants to focus on improving the LG G Series and its modular design as well as continue to release the larger LG V20.

Do you think LG should continue the Flex series?

Yes by all means they should. I need a large display for my day to day use. It beats lugging a tablet and a cell phone all day. If lG does not bring the Flex 3 to life then I will have to lug a tablet and cell around all day.

I love the G Flex for its usability and the screen quality.
Which other phone has that versatility including fullseg TV ?, None, right !!!

The next closest thing is the Mate 8 from Huawei.

I have been waiting for the 3rd version since Mar, constantly trying to find out its release date. Disappointed every time as the news are speculation. My contract for my current phone has expired so I am still waiting for Flex 3…. waiting….waiting…. waiting….
