The HTC One M8 might be considered old but it is still considered one of the best HTC have been offering and many users are still holding one to it in hopes that HTC would actually bring out something that is decent.
The main issue with having an older smartphone like the HTC One M8 is that it will not be getting the latest software and OS update anymore which means users will not be able to try out the new Android 7.0 Nougat.
Of course, you can always try out one of the many custom ROM that is out there or you can just stick with the older OS and just enjoy the One M8 that way if it works just fine that is.
There were a few reports that the HTC One M8 starting to have some battery issue where the device would just shut off even though it has 15% left but seeing as it is a smartphone that has been around for a few years, that small issue is forgivable.
