GTA 5 was first released back in 2013 on both the Xbox 360 and PS3. Now, it looks like Rockstar is about to pull the plug on the older-gen consoles version of the game.
Rockstar has already revealed earlier this year that support for GTA 5 on the Xbox 360 and PS3 will be reaching an end due to the consoles technological constraints. However, the game developer also mentioned that they won’t do so at least until they release the Heist DLC.
Well, the Heist DLC has finally arrived and this means that support has ended. In other words, GTA 5 on the Xbox 360 and PS3 won’t be receiving anymore DLC at all.
Then again, Rockstar has yet to do a follow up announcement on this hence some players are still hoping for another DLC to get released for GTA 5 on the older-gen consoles. Our advice is for the players to not have high-hopes since there is a high risk for things to end up in disappointment.
