Google Android 7.0 Nougat Spells The End For One-Click Root Apps

We know that Google will be turning up the security on their new Android 7.0 Nougat operating system. So what does that means for the rooters? Well, nothing much really.

While it sounds like the security feature would prevent their users from rooting the device, that is actually not the case here. The new security feature works more like a corruption prevention system where is protect your smartphone so that you won’t be vulnerable to hackers.

Those looking to root the device can still unlock the bootloader which means the device won’t be able to check for corruption anymore and more there, the rooting process should be the same. In fact, a lot of users have already reported that the Android 7.0 Nougat can be rooted.

Of course, with the new security feature in place, one-click root apps like KingRoot won’t work anymore which is probably good news since that kind of apps are the ones that are putting the users in danger.
