Ford To Team Up With Blackberry, Kicks Microsoft Aside

Looks like Ford won’t be developing anything else with Microsoft in the future, and the newbie that’s set to team up with Ford is Blackberry. They would be collaborating to develop the Sync 3.

Although Microsoft is still responsible for current updates of the Sync 3, Blackberry will undoubtedly be running the future Sync 3, officially. Besides that, Microsoft is also handling Sync 3’s Wi-Fi connectivity. It’s worthy to note that Sync 3 is already in its last stage of development, and is estimated to be released next year.

The entire MyFord Touch system will be replaced by the new infotainment system that will make its debut at the 2016 Lincoln and Ford vehicles. It’s a lie if we’re saying we’re not excited.
