Audi A6 Ad: Giving Amazon The Stick?

It wasn’t that long ago when we shared on what the future A6 has got to offer and now, Audi has finally launched its first ever video advertisement. The unique ad shows the Audi A6 saving the owners from a messed up world filled with drones.

For some reason, it seems that the ad is shooting directly at Amazon. After all, the online retailer has confirmed that they intend to fill the world with drones for delivery purposes. In the video, one can see the concept drone design carrying boxes and parcels that looks almost akin to those from Amazon.

Aside from that, the video also portrays a group of notorious kids and drunks with drones. The environment is simply chaotic with all the drones buzzing around and it looks to be an inescapable fate for humanity.

The solution is the Audi A6. The vehicle steps into the scene to save its driver from the metal-populated air space. The moment the driver step on the gas, the A6 gracefully sprints away leaving the drone biting its dust. The driver then proceeds to his beach house where there is peace and calamity.

Obviously, the advert is throwing bricks at Amazon. Perhaps this is because Audi don’t like the future envisioned by the online retailer, thus, leading to the creation of the ad.
