AT&T Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Users Are Up For Trouble

The bug is known to affect the device’s GPS. It seems that every time a network switch happened, or when a USB cable is plugged in or unplugged, the GPS disconnects. In detail, the network switch is revealed to happen when a call is being made or received.

This is not something new to the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 AT&T users. The ugly thing is that the carrier has failed to send in a fix for it. For half-a-year now, the users have been neglected by AT&T.

Heck, AT&T Note 3 users are even on change.org. They’ve started a petition to force the carrier to release a fix for it. While it was thought to be for the better, the worst happened. AT&T is reported to still sell the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and they’ve failed to inform the customers on the issue.

Both Samsung and Google have no say in this as the problem is with AT&T. The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 works fine with every other carriers worldwide.

In reality, AT&T didn’t actually neglect the issue. Instead, the carrier has been waiting for the Android 4.4 KitKat update. This upcoming update will be rolled out to the Galaxy Note 3 and will automatically fix the issue. It won’t be long now as other carriers are already rolling out the KitKat to their Note 3 variants.
