Apple Will Let You Touch Without A Mac

According to Bloomberg, Apple might be thinking about releasing the Apple keyboard as a standalone product. It will depend on how well, the new features on the keyboard does in the market. If everything goes well, you might be getting a standalone keyboard with the Touch Bar and Touch ID feature.

Of course, be prepared to pay through your nose if Apple does release the keyboard. The Magic Keyboard they have now is already about $99.
