Apple iPad Pro vs iPad Air 2: Sibling War

Apple was supposed to release a successor for the Apple iPad Air 2 this year but instead of releasing another Air tablet, they choose to release the Apple iPad Pro instead. Did they make the right decision?

The older Apple iPad Air 2 comes in with a 9.7inch display screen with a resolution of 2048 x 1536 and a pixel count of 264ppi. The device runs on the 64-BIT A8X and M8 processor with 2GB RAM and 16/64/128GB of internal storage. The Air 2 is fitted with an 8MP rear camera and a 1.2MP front camera and also comes with Appleā€™s Touch ID.

The new and smaller Apple iPad Pro, on the other hand, comes with a 9.7inch display screen with 1536 x 2048 resolution and 264ppi. The device will be running on an Apple A9X chipset with 2GB RAM and 32/128/256GB of internal storage. The iPad Pro is fitted with a 12MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera.
