Back at the last Geneva Motor Show, Honda fully unveiled the latest Civic Type-R and it came out with a disappointing design. Instead of appearing like how it was designed in the concepts, the sports hatch came out with subtle upgrades from the previous Civic Type-R.
This has led X-Tomi to do the correction for Honda. The independent artist had just launched his visualization of the Civic Type-R and it saw the sports hatch coming with 3 doors and looking insanely sporty.
X-Tomi shared that the vehicle generates 310hp and 400Nm of torque from a 2L turbocharged VTEC engine, which is identical to the original Civic Type-R.
Of course, chances for Honda to consider making multiple variants of the Civic Type-R are slim to none. The Japanese carmaker can be kind of egoistic when it comes to listening to the consumers for ideas.
