The Volvo XC60 right now can’t take on the Audi Q5 yet. The 2017 model was not given a whole lot of changes but things will be changing when Volvo brings out the 2018 model.
The 2018 model will be getting a major exterior upgrade. The new design of the Volvo XC60 will be based on the Volvo XC90 model. Spy shots of the Volvo XC60 reveal that the vehicle will be coming in with some XC90 features like the T-Shaped headlights, as well as the chrome bordered grille.
Besides getting an exterior makeover, the Volvo XC60 will also be fitted with a 2.0 liter four cylinder diesel engine that will be offering about 187bhp and 232bhp. Green car lovers will be happy to know that a T8 Twin engine plug-in hybrid engine might be offered in the future as well.
The new XC60 model will come in to sit between the XC40 and the XC90.
