2017 Toyota Tacoma Can’t Keep Up Anymore

Toyota has been doing a great job at keeping up with the demand of their 2017 Toyota Tacoma but as the demand increases, Toyota is slowly finding it hard to catch up.

To fix that, Toyota has announced that they will be investing about $150million in their Tijuana plant which should help increase the number of Toyota Tacoma models produce from 100,000 to 160,000.

While the Toyota Tacoma have been doing pretty well, their competitors are not that far from them and many believe that it is because of their slow production rate. This should help them widen the gap between them and their competitors.

The current Toyota Tacoma comes with a 2.7 liter 4 cylinder engine. A 3.5 liter V6 engine is also being offered. The base model is able to return about 19mpg in the city and 24mpg on the highway. The base model with the Access Cab body style will retail for $24,120.
