By  |

The Prius Prime might sound like an unfamiliar model for the Europeans but it is actually just the Toyota Prius Plug-In Hybrid. Here is what the European model will have to offer this year.

The biggest upgrade is obviously the design. While some people might think that it is a downgrade, the fact is that it looks different now. Whether that is a good thing or not is up to you to decide.

The new 2017 Toyota Prius Plug-In Hybrid will be powered by an 8.8kWh battery pack that will be paired with a 1.8liter petrol engine. The vehicle will come with four driving mode, HV, EV, EV City and Battery Charge mode.

One the inside, the Prius Plug-In Hybrid will only be getting an 8inch display. Standard features include wireless charging, Simple Intelligent Parking Assist, Toyota Safety Sense system, full-speed adaptive cruise control and more.
