The 2017 Toyota Highlander will be coming in with a 2.7 liter inline 4 engine that will be delivering about 185hp and 184lb ft of torque. The engine will be mated to a six-speed auto transmission and will return about 20mpg in the city and 25mpg on the highway. Customers looking for more will be offered the 3.5 liter V6 engine. Green car buyers will also get a hybrid option. Features that will be included as standard are the emergency brake assist, dusk sensing headlights, glass breakage sensor and more.

The GMC Acadia will be running on a 2.5 liter I-4 engine that will be offering about 194hp and 190lb ft of torque. The engine will be mated to a six-speed auto transmission and will return about 21mpg in the city and 26mpg on the highway. The GMC Acadia will also come with features like a dual skyscape sunroof, 8inch display screen and more.

The Toyota Highlander will retail for $40,228 while the GMC Acadia will retail for $29,995.
