2017 Honda Ridgeline: Tougher But Truck Drivers Still Won’t Buy It

It looks like Honda also wants in on the action. When Chevrolet posted a video showing how much stronger their steel bed is compared to the aluminum bed on the Ford F-150, Honda came out with another video showing how much better their high strength plastic is compared to the other two.

Well, while they did prove that they are as reliable and as strong as some of the best trucks in the market, truck lovers will still be staying away from the Honda Ridgeline.

The smaller payload and lower towing capability mean that the many do not see the Honda Ridgeline as a real truck.

However, that does not mean that it won’t succeed because not everybody needs a real truck, some people just need a reliable truck that they can put a lawnmower on. Which side are you on?
