2017 Honda CR-V: Pilot Can’t Take One Civic

Honda has been making some impressive decision when it comes to designing their new models. While we would have no problem with Honda if they were to design the Honda CR-V based on the new Honda Pilot, we are also glad that they have chosen the Honda Civic as the base for the Honda CR-V.

As much as we like what the Honda Pilot has going on, we think that the younger and more energetic vibe would soothe the Honda CR-V more than the Pilot. As nice as the Pilot it, it is certainly not as exciting as the Honda Civic.

Civic features like the new grille, as well as headlights and taillights, will all be carried over to the Honda CR-V. It is also believed that the Honda CR-V will be fitted with the same Civic engine option which could include the 1.5 liter VTEC engine as well as the 2.0 liter VTEC Turbo engine.

We are hoping to see the CR-V make its official debut at the LA Auto Show.
