Honda have been doing a great job catching up to their biggest rival the Toyota RAV4 but they are they might, they just can’t seem to overtake the Toyota RAV4 and some believe that it is the missing Hybrid option that is costing them the win.
Toyota can’t be in a better position right now. The arrival of the Toyota RAV4 hybrid has helped boost the sale of the RAV4. It is believed that the addition of the hybrid model has helped increase the sales of the RAV4 by 10%.
With no hybrid in sight at least for the 2017 model, it does not look like the Honda CR-V will be able to take over the Toyota RAV4 top spot for now. It is believed that Honda might offer a hybrid option on the 2018 Honda CR-V model and maybe then we will see the Honda CR-V on the top.
