While we have not heard from Ford yet, it is generally believed that Ford will be offering a Ford Ranger within this few years. The new Ford Ranger will be coming in to compete with models like the Honda Ridgeline if it gets the thumbs up.
Rumors about the Ford Ranger making a comeback have been going around for some time now but people took the rumor more seriously when the Ford Ranger was spotted getting tested here in the US.
It is believed that Ford will be starting the production of the Ford Ranger in 2017 at their Michigan plant after the contact for the Ford Focus and Ford C-Max ends the same year.
There were also talk that Ford might be building an SUV alongside the Ford Ranger and that the SUV could possibly be the rumored and highly anticipated Ford Bronco model. Ford have not confirmed or deny the rumors yet.
