Some fans of the F-150 Raptor were not too pleased when Ford decided to ditch the old engine and offered the new EcoBoost engine. Although the EcoBoost engine is a lot more fuel efficient and powerful, many of them felt that the driving experience is not the same now that the engine sound so much different.
While some think that the Raptor actually does not sound that bad, others think that is sounded like the Raptor was having a bad dream and was trying to scream but nothing came out.
We do agree that the previous model with the older engine sounded better but we would rather have this than have a car that comes with a speaker that broadcast fake engine noises just so that the driver can feel better.
