At least that is what Ford’s hoping will happen once they give the Ford Escape the upgrade it deserves. Ford’s biggest rival for the Ford Escape right now is the Honda HR-V. Try as they might, they just can’t seem to beat the Honda but things might be changing soon.
According to Ford, they plan to give the Ford Escape and upgrade based on some of the feedback they have received from their current Ford Escape customers. One of the issues they will be addressing is the cabin space issue.
Ford said that they will be working on the cabin so that it will be more spacious. The Ford Escape might be getting more space on the inside but the exterior measurements will still remain the same. The Ford Escape will also come with the new Sync 3 infotainment system
The other upgrades that the Ford Escape will be getting will include some exterior features upgrades. The grille and taillight will be upgraded while the doors, roof, rear glass and windshield will be carried over from the previous model.
