2017 Alfa Romeo Giulia QV: Manual Would Be Worse

It was initially believed that the US version of the Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio or Giulia QV will be coming with a six-speed manual transmission but it looks like that is not the case but this time, we are actually happy that we got the auto transmission.

The Alfa Romeo Giulia QV will be coming with a 2.9-liter twin turbo, twin cam engine that will be offering about 505hp. The engine will be mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission which actually changes gear faster than the manual transmission. It has been reported that the auto transmission gear change will be completed in 100miliseconds.

The upcoming Alfa Romeo Giulia QV will also be offering 443lb ft of torque and will return about 16mpg in the city and 24mpg on the highway. It will only need 3.8seconds to go from 0-60mph and has a top speed of 191mph.

Well, I guess nobody is going to miss the manual transmission this time.
