2016 Toyota Prius Saved By EPA Rating

When Toyota said that the Toyota Prius was going to get a brand new aggressive looking design, we were expecting something sporty and nice but the production model they unveil was far from that.

The Toyota Prius might not be the most eye pleasing hybrid model in the market but it will not matter now. The EPA rating for the Toyota Prius was released not too long ago. The standard Toyota Prius model will be able to return about 54mpg in the city and 50mpg on the highway and if that is not impressive enough, it was added that the Eco model will return about 58mpg in the city and 53mpg on the highway.

With those numbers, the Toyota Prius is easily one of the most fuel-efficient hybrid models in the market which is why we think the Prius will sell even with looks like that.
