2016 Tesla Model X and Its ludicrous Falcon Wings

Tesla has recently introduced the new 2016 Tesla Model X that is an electric sport-utility vehicle. What has become the talk of the town is its ludicrous falcon wings motorized doors. Fans are questioning the falcon doors, as they do not see the necessity to have such doors. Plus, they are impractical and open very slowly.

The Tesla Model X motorized doors come with multiple hinges and a brace of ultrasonic and capacitive sensors to avoid disaster. It also comes with self-opening and self-closing front doors, portable pedals, middle-row seats to put passengers on stout, a huge wrap-over windshield that required unnecessarily complicated sun visors, and HEPA cabin filter that keeps the car clean.

A push of the button is what it takes to open and close the doors, from the front to the hatchback. The falcon doors, attached to a huge magnesium spine for rollover protection, motor in a rising, leisurely fashion in an arc that is determined by the proximity of obstacles, which are detected by the sensors.

Tesla says that the Tesla Model X doors extend outward by just 11.8 inches. Great enough? Tesla leaves it to its customers to judge whether this model gets to be in the must-have car list or otherwise.
