It feels like the Jeep Wrangler and Jeep Grand Cherokee were made for this. Jeep announces that they plan to expand their reach to South East Asia. Their first step will be to release the Jeep Wrangler and the Jeep Grand Cherokee in India.
While most vehicles will have to be modified a little so that they can handle the bumpier roads over the India, the Jeep Wrangler and Jeep Grand Cherokee will probably have no problem taking on the bumpy roads in India as it is.
Both these models are some of the toughest vehicles on the road so a little bump here and there will probably mean nothing to them. This is just the first step of Jeep’s plans.
It is believed that Jeep also has plans to set of a production plant in India but it will all depend on how well the Jeep Wrangler and Jeep Grand Cherokee perform in India first.
