2015 Porsche Panamera Facelift Revealed! [PICS]

Porsche will be looking to replicate the success of the Macan by unveiling an all-new Panamera next year. While there might be a lot of secrecy surrounding this super saloon, the upcoming Panamera has been spotted running some test on a remote track.

It appears that the car will be coming with a new look. The Panamera sports a swooping roofline, accentuated haunches and a more angular front lights and intakes. In short, the Panamera looks like the offspring of the Macan and the 918 Spyder.

When looking at the Panemara’s concept from the 2012 Porsche SportTurismo, it revealed that the car will have a touchscreen centre console which will replace the multi-button dashboard seen in most Porsche vehicles.

Furthermore, we learned that the Panamera Mk2 will be built on VW Group’s MBS architecture that is adopted by both Bentley and Audi. This means that the super saloon will have a high-strength steel frame that allows the Panamera to be both lighter and sturdier than its predecessor.

Under the hood, we can expect the Panamera to get more power in all three trims- Panamera S, Diesel and Turbo. Also, there will be tremendous improvement on efficiency for the plugin SE hybrid variant. Of course, more will be revealed when the Porsche unveils the Panamera next year.
