2014 MacBook Air Retina & Pro Models: What’s The Down Low?

Many big things are coming this year and among them are the highly rumoured notebooks from Apple. Both the Macbook Air and the Macbook Pro with Retina will be looking to replace their existing predecessor soon.

Looking at Apple’s pattern of release in the notebook market, it often takes 2 years or so for the company to develop the next-gen laptops.

As such, tech-fans are really excited to see both the Macbook Pro with Retina and the Macbook Air coming to the selves of computer stores.

On another note, Apple is known to be rather savvy in terms of making a successor. At times, the differences between the newer device and its elder brother can be very small. However, these wouldn’t be the case for the upcoming machines.

It seems that Apple will boost the display by blessing it with Retina technology. Ming Chi Kuo of KGI Securities added that the Macbook Air will have a new design where the fan is removed to make it the slimmest machine yet.

Then there is the Macbook Pro which will be equipped with a new type of RAM which will tremendously improve the speed of the system.

Word has it that both the Macbook Air and the Pro are coming during Apple’s WWDC event. This is unlikely to happen but fans can expect more announcements being made on both notebooks on that same event.
